    you just put them there for storage. Next time you're in the middle of nowhere with no internet, signal available, computers in range, you can just jack in drag/drop the folders into the computer.

    I might me be wrong but i think the BB can work without installing those folders. Try it out in another computer and see. I was thinking it was a good idea to carry the folders around just in case you need to install the bb on a different computer.

    Worked straight away (Vodafone) on my mac, with internet as the apn and username and password both set to 'web'.

    Got 205.4 kilobits per second out of it.

    I did find Cingular's AP however now I need some help in troubleshooting why once my device is found it takes forever (never finds them) to discover available services on BB8800. Any suggestions?
