    Fascinating that many people started with 71xx devices and got hooked - when the 7100 series (except the 7130) was the slowest, most persnickedy, irritating devices in the history of the RIM company!!

    That's because the 7100 series was the first series that actually looked and felt like I was holding a traditional cell phone.

    I never had software problems out of my 7100 series. Only trackwheel, power button defects, and the internal radio signal stopped working on one of them.

    Other than that, no crashes or anything. I regret not getting another 7105t.
