    I opened a new cell phone plan through them, no bad experiences.
    BB Wishlist:
    -Gmail BIS integration with an effective 2-way read/unread sync solution.
    -More capable integrated alarm.

    yes, i've used them. you get your phones quickly, they seem to be cheaper than if you had gotten it directly through the carrier. and they will let you move your number over if you need to.

    yea i order thru them aswell, they did mess my order up but when i called to let them know they overnighted me the correct phone... other than that good experience

    i was reading around, jsut heard horror stories with customer service and something about their chapter 11. so how long ago are we talking you dealt with them?

    thanks, already have a verizon account and want to open another with the deals they offer.

    Ive heard some bad stories that to get the phone at the cheapest price that you have to keep certain add ons to your account for the whole contract instead of being able remove them whenever you want to

    i know alot of people who have used them... no problems just good deals. so i give it the go ahead with it... any pain is if you dont like the phone and you want to return it.. you have to request a return slip and ship it back and it takes 30 days for a refund on it... but other then that ive heard nothing but good things. but also keep in mind.. when you dont buy from a carrier and you have to deal with a 3rd party... wire flys customer service is rated so-so as vr said

    They have their own set of terms and conditions that you have fulfill along with the carrier. Be sure you read through it carefully. Might look at Letstalk.com also. I've ordered through both places.
