I have a 8320 with T-Mo but I never use the WiFi I was thinking about switching to an Unlocked 8310...and using the GPS. What do you 8310 users think about the GPS. Your you 8320 users...You think I should just stick with my 8320? Thank You for your input?

I love my 8320 and it's WiFi. You may want to get the 8310 since you don't use the WiFi though. I've seen a couple posts of the 8310 having some sort of problem with t-mo, but I don't think those problems are major or that disruptive.

I personally prefer wifi. Gps would be nice, but I consider it more of a toy on a bb. For a car, don't mess around -- get a nice screen one with voice (Garmin is one of the best companies -- specifically their nuvi models).

Wifi on the other hand provides me with unlimited calls for $10/month and this is actually usefull in places without service. Also, it's quite nice for quick web + im.

On the other hand, when I am WALKING in a new place, I always wish I had gps on my bb.

So, given all that, I think a better solution is to keep the wifi bb, and get the keychain gps.

This is of course mostly on what your personal preferences are. If you don't ever use wifi get the gps.

Great!! I never use the camera on my 8320 only on special events like: B-Days, Parties, Etc. For that I can just a camera for that. I would love to have the Wi-Fi and GPS together. I have an unlocked 8800 and I like it. Is the T-Mobile 8820 bigger then the AT&T 8800? Thank You for all your help my fellow PinStackers!

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I don't use wifi either, as most of the time, when I have access to a wifi hotspot, I will have access to a computer. But GPS is different. Last summer me and bunch of friends were lost in the middle of Tuscany, and couldn't find our way back, thanks to my 8800 and bb map we could find our way when we found mobile phone network (yea, we were in the mountains)

I use my GPS a lot though I didn't think I would. I'd never use WiFi since I'd always have a laptop around the network.
