Where are the messages stored that are sent to the .net address? Someone tried to send me an email and it said my mailbox was full.

It's only available from your BB not PC. Do you have a ton of emails on your device?

    Paul,

Do you save those messages on your device? I've never heard of this before and as far as I know, those messages are stored on RIM's BIS servers.

Log into your BIS account and select your blackberry.net account and choose edit, put in another email account as your "auto forward" address. I use my gmail account for this so that way each email I get to my blackberry address also gets autoforwarded to my gmail account. Best work around I can find for this situation.

As for the mailbox being full bit check your blackberry.net folder on your BlackBerry, more than likely you have alot of them stored on your device. I would forward all the ones you want to keep to another email account, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc. then delete the rest. Set up the auto forward feature from your BIS login page and also go into your message folder, then options and general options and scroll down to "keep messages" you can set this from 15 days to forever. Hope this helps!!!

I went into the .net folder and there were a lot of emails in there. I did a delete prior and cleared them. That should do it. Thanks!

Stored on Rims NOC server. We can't every get access to them except on our berry. If any users remember the original bis it was possible. Sounds like your device if full...memory ok?

Either that or they messed up your address. Test email yourself.

You should also try purging your deleted items from that account, not sure if that takes up space

Messages > options > email reconciliation > menu > purge deleted items

Just a note, the Purge Deleted Items option is only for BES users and it is for the purpose of purging deleted items on your computer from your BlackBerry. See this from RIM: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/deliver...r_30032_11.jsp
