I think I should switch carriers.

So, If i get my bb unlocked from AT&Apple would that work at Sprint? and would everything in it work within that network? Also, let's say i don't wanna buy a new phone do i have to still sign up to a 2 yr contract with the devil or is there a plan that will allow me to pay as I go? Thank you for your help

Yeah. The Sprint everything plans are pretty sweet especially for the blackberry. Other carriers charge out the *** for BB service.

I hear lots of people bad mouth Sprint. I have to say they take care of me pretty well. If I have a single problem (which is not much at all) they take care of it for me. I'm on hold to long, they'll throw me a $10 dollar service credit. I've had Verizon. They treated me like crap. I had a problem, they wouldn't take care of it. I gladly handed them a check for a $170 or whatever it is. I said you suck I'm taking my number to Sprint. All cause they wouldn't give me a different phone cause mine was defective out of the box.

Sprint is a CDMA carrier, are they not? 8310 is a GSM phone.

    T-Mobile:

    700 MyFaves Family Plan - 69.99
Mobile To Mobile Family - 9.99
    BB Bis Service - 19.99
    Sidekick Service - 19.99

About $135 a month which is $20 less than what I had on at&t and I didn't have the second data device there.

yes sprint is a cdma carrier. So yes you would have to get a new phone. Since ATT, Tmo use sim card where Sprint and Verizon do not.
