    wav voice mail on bluetooth

    Hello,
We have a unified messaging system here where I work which puts voice mails messages in our Outlook inboxes as wav files. Of course we have a BES server so all of our corporate emails appear on our BB's including our voice mails. But...the voice mail comes as an attachment...a wav file. So when I open the attachment it plays over the BB's external speaker. I want to hear it via my ear piece or better yet via my bluetooth device. How do I make this happen. We have Pearl's and Curves for the most part.
    Thanks in advance...
    Eric

When your wav is playing in the media player you can hit the BB menu button and select how you want it played ie headset(ear speaker), speaker phone, or bt headset if its connected.

Thanks! Is there a way to set the handset as a default?

I believe once you select handset and then exit out of the media player it will stay on handset until you change it. I tested this on my 8130 and the media player stayed on my last selection everytime I would exit and restart the media player.
