    My BB's all of a sudden just quit giving me sound through my headphones, actually it's just producing sound on one side and the sound is really faint. I did how many battery pulls and still just on one side. Everytime i plug it in i get some kind of high pitch sound, but all in all I can't use my head set. I know there's bluetooth but knowing that my BB isn't 100% is annoying...I was wondering who should I talk to as far as replacing my BB, my service carrier (at&t) or BB themselves? I've only had it for some months and hoping I'm still under their warranty, whose ever it is.

    Try a different headset, if that doesn't work, have your provider replace the device.

    Ya, I tried that...looks like they'll be getting a call. I heard that they discontinued the 8300, right? Thanks tho.

    I just did the warranty replacement and I received a refurbished 8300 and not an 8310. AT&T is my provider.

    they still have a ton of refurb 8300's-I was on site the other day and they even have refurb 7130's, LOL.

    Just talked to the troubleshooters bout my problem...was hoping they'd send me 8310 but reading ^, guess not. It's cOo, just as long as my Berry's a 100%. You know that feeling of "it's just not the same!" Ya that's how I feel.
