    Unable to store message

    Recently we began restricting mailbox size on exchange 2003 so new mailstores were created per limit. One user that has unlimited mailbox size has suddenly stopped being able to send or receive email on the blackberry. The message on the blackberry when a message is sent is desktop email program unable to store message. I have tried to send an email from the BES server from the admin and it fails to show on the blackberry, PIN works fine. We are running BES 4.1.0 and only one user has been affected - any ideas?

    Welcome to the Stacks Jaymew1. It sounds like this may be an issue with your internal mail setup. Have you tried resetting their account?

    I have just recently begun administration of BES and have not read all the admin info yet. I saw the reload user option but was unsure of the effect it would have on the device, will all customized data remain?

    I'm not 100% sure on that Jay. Although I have been on BES for a long time, I have never administered one. Let's give it a few minutes for one of the BES Admin specialists to join in before you do that.

    So far I have run handheldcleanup -u with no success as well as reload the user from BES with no success. Am am also receiving a transaction error - timeout on the device.

    After completing the above mentioned steps a simple restart of all BES services fixed my problem.
