Unable to setup email
Hey everyone! I bought my phone (Blackberry Pearl) used from a friend a few months ago...and I haven't been able to set up my password because there has already been a username and password for the pin. Of course my friend doesn't remember the username/password. I talked to AT&T and they said to have them call in and have the email account canceled or something...will they need to have the username and password to do this? Or just their name and social? And is there any other easier ways around this? Thanks in advance for any help!
They usually need that account holder and tell them to switch the pin to another user. Another way is that if your friend can log into the BIS site and take out the PIN and IMEI it should aso be cleared for you to use.
