    unable to connect to internet

    while waiting for my mgr to try things, just thought i'd post a question regarding the internet access via Blackberry, so, is anyone else experiancing the same?
    Go to browser try going to blackberry, or any internet address, and it says we're sorry but "Unable to connect to the selected mobile data service. Please try again later!"
    I'm not sure if all our 1170 customers get the same, as only one other has reported this for now.

    This problem is now Resolved. mobile services got accidently pointed to wrong server. Thanks for your help!!

    re internet issue/ internet has worked up until 8/14/08

    not new, admin 1170 users on Microsoft exchange BES, and yes Verizon APN APN
    settings correct. I was just curious to know if others are experiancing similar.
    we've had internet availability up until yesterday.
    One customer reports Verizon says their stuff is not the problem.

    Nothing has popped up on the network outage board for Verizon. Maybe be it's just a localized outage?

    Smile internet problem has been fixed

    mobile services were pointing toward the wrong server.
