Text message date and time stamp?

My ex husband and I deal with text messages a lot in regard to visitation and child support. I would prefer email, but he never checks it. I am taking him back to court due to late payments (We are talking months late) and I have it all in texts--- is there anyway to get a date and time stamp on the text messages?
Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?

Hi sasha! I have the date and the time stamps of all of my texts. I hope you dont mind me asking, yours doesn't show?

It shows on the list of texts, but when I open a text it isn't on the actual text. Does that make sense?

All mine are on there. Do you have the thread view on? Or do you just view them individually?
