    Question Syncing Email not working (have it set up on BIS)

    I just got a replacement BB and was able to transfer everything from my broken BB to the new one.

    However, when i used to delete mail on my old BB i would be prompted with options to delete an email on just my BB or on both the BB and Gmail

    I checked my BIS settings and I have it set to synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device.

    but its NOT WORKING

    Any suggestions???

    If you go in to the messages folder and bring up the menu and go to options. You should see email reconciliation. Check your settings in there. It may be necessary to delete your service books and resend them from the bis site if you restored data.
