I would actually wait for the next release in say June/July I hope. I mean, RIM's messing up royally and it's not worth upgrading to these glitchy new bb's (MHO). If you were to make the switch now, you would first have to jailbreak it to get mms if you even use it. Then I would also take into consideration the copy and paste factor. I share plenty of urls all the time. You try to copy an entire url and get back to me . I hope Apple realized that copy/paste's needed. They didn't learn when they released their 3G version. I hope they finally acknowledge it, if not oh well. I have no choice but to stick around with the only solid device with a reliable OS atm *curve 83xx* again (mho).

Cya when you get back. . No really if your gonna switch let us know how it goes. I have to admit I am a BB addict but I am more than willing to test and try other devices.

    Yes I'm gonna.
    It's not a BB issue.
I've always touted my 8830WE as the tougest, rock solid phone on the planet, and it still is.

I had the same urge a few weeks ago, and actually got rid of my 8800 for an iphone 3G. It was fun to play around with and show off...but it ended there. I loved safari, and you'll never need/use 90% of the apps. Needles to say I returned it and got an 8310 and I do not regret going back to blackberry (although I do miss safari)

The only thing that has really tempted me away from BlackBerry to date is the Palm Pre... Let's see if it's all it's cracked up to be after launch. (And if it comes to Canada...)
