This icon no longer shows up in my icons. I have un-hid all my icons to see if maybe it was hidding, and it isn't. Does anyone know what could be wrong or how I can get this icon back?

Do you have a defferent theme that you are using other than the original. Sometimes when you swtch themes the new theme will jack with your icons. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

No, Im actually using the original BB Dimensions Zen theme that came with my 8320. My phone took a dive and turned all white with the App 523 error so I had to wipe the handheld and reload from my latest backup (good thing I do backups regularly). Now the icon isn't there. Ugh!!

Resend your service books and see if that takes care of it.....

I fixed my problem. I just went into the host routing table and clicked register now. Now I have that icon back!
I was missing my bb messanger icon as well and found a post in here on how to get it back, and it by going to the host routing table and registering again I got both icons.
    Thanks for your help!

You dont "use" them...you do "need" them.

What are you trying to accomplish?

your service books tell the phone what kind of connection or internet service you have on your phone and it lets you set up your email account so your emails can be sent to your phone directly
