    Security Option Question

When I go into Options-»Security Options-»General Seetings there is an option called "Content Protection". From the name I sorta have an idea about what this does, but I'm not 100% sure. So, what exactly does this do if I enable it?

    Re: Security Option Question

You have enabled the Content Protection option on the handheld, which encrypts data stored locally on the handheld. When you unlock the handheld, it goes through a process of decrypting the data so you are able to view the contents. If you enable this, expect a big performance hit. I tried it and didn't like it. A password is good enough for me. Even a simple four digit password is virtually impossible to break when you only get 10 changes before the handheld is wiped.
