The BlackBerry rep stopped by the center today to show off the 8110 and raffling off some a couple of them too (I didn't win one :sad.

But I asked her about the 9000 and she said she wasn't allowed to discuss it with anyone. What are they keeping from us?

I also brougt up the Kickflip thing or whatever, and she was shocked to even know the info went public.

    Hhhmmm.

What's RIM keeping from us about the 9000 I wonder?
It's not an iPhone addiction, it's insomnia!

They want to keep thingsfrom the competition and they want to keep consumers on their toes as well. Its all confidential information. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Apple is a perfect example of a company that knows how to make consumer hype, the secrets, the announcements, the delays...they have it down to a science... congrats to RIM for attempting to keep this on the DL
it's always greener with the other carrier...

Yeah u don't want to leak out to much info because other competitors will try to match or even outpace you by the time the device is ready to go public. So I don't blame them for trying.
