Removing OTA software wirelessly
I have several users who have a software product which was installed OTA which I wish to remove. Does anyone know if this can be acheived wirelessly or am I required to use desktop manager?
You can remove it from the device by going to
Options > Advanced options > Applications > then select the application you want removed and then click the option key and delete.
Are your users on a BES?
it's always greener with the other carrier...
Sorry, but maybe I wasnt clear in my original post. I wish to remove this software wirelessly using our BES rather than removing directly from the device or using desktop manager.
