Removing Logo from Startup (CDMA)
I was wondering if anyone here is good enough at CDMA to help us out. We will pay $ of course for your services. We are trying to take a Sprint logo off of the startup screen on a BlackBerry 8330. We have a GSM genius to help but are trying to expand our CDMA helpers. If you are interested in all at making some side cash, hit us up, msn messenger: firstname.lastname@example.org ... same email address: email@example.com . We often need minor services that I'm sure wouldn't be hard for a lot of you.
thanks a lot in advance,
p.s. Have tried removing the vendor.xml file before installing a new O/S and that method was unsuccessful.
Also, mods move this to the rightful place if this is wrong forum, thx!
There are ways to do so, but it involves getting into the engineering of the device, which can be fatal for said device(right Red??) There are a few such techs around, but I wont, and I cant speak for them!

This can be accomplished by loading a new VSM file using the RIM Internal (Leaked) MML/MFI software. As it requires leaked software, doing so in a commercial setting is dicey from a legal standpoint.
PCI did you ever have any luck with this??
Unfortunately not yet Still searching for someone who could help us with this. A lot harder than I thought it would be to find help (even with offering $ haha)
