You apparently have installed redirector in your desktop manager. Assuming you use BIS and do not need redirector here is how to fix this.

In Control Panel / Add Remove programs highlight Blackberry Desktop Software and hit Change/Remove. Once this launches select MODIFY. Then click NEXT until you get the the screen that allows you to select between BB Enterprise Service and BB Internet Service. Select BB Internet Service and save these new settings.

On your BB go to OPTIONS - Advanced - Service Books and delete the Desktop CICAL and CMIME service books.

This should do it. Post back any questions or issues.

Gary. Thanks for the reply. I will check that out, hwever I do not believe a redirector is installed. I also use a laptop which is not turned on. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Check for the desktop service books, if you have those then try deleting them and see if the problem goes away...

Yes delete them. And as Gary said make sure that you modify the DM. When installing if you did not click on BB internet service and just clicked next all the way through you installed the wrong version and that is what caused this. Pretty much the only other reason it would happen is if you were at one time on the BES. Hope it helps.
