Is there a way to download Quickpull (other than version 1.2 or 1.5) to install via the desktop manager? Anyone knows? My mom doesn't have data plan and I couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks!

Was hoping it was an 8300 series that would have been easy. I believe there is a way to save the file to a memory card and then load it from there but I am not totally sure of the process. Maybe someone else can jump in.

There's this software that'll enable you download OTA apps directly unto your desktop from where you can then transfer to the device via the desktop manager. Follow this link: http://www.blackberrysoftwarelist.net/blackberry-OTA-Downloader.aspx
Let me know if it helps. BBM me on 256219C5.

"This application is not compatible with your device and cannot be loaded". Guys, thank you all for your help. I give up. My mom will have to remove the battery by hand. Thanks again!
