    Question About On-Screen Banners

I keep seeing banners on screenshots posted across the net with things like AT&T and T-Mobile, etc.

However, my Verizon 8330 has no banner of it. Is this because it being a CDMA phone there isn't a SIM card that would allow the switching of providers so there is no use to display it?

Or is it a configurable option hidden somewhere or a theme setting?

I would like to get a little Verizon Wireless banner up there.

Are you using a custom theme? If so, many themers hide that line.
