Problems with a stalker on messenger

I need some help to all of you.
I upgraded my BB to the 8900. I gave my old BB to my fiance and she has this person that will not leave her alone on messenger.
Here is his/her pin and what the name says. Name shows "Alex (storm)" and the pin showing is 20CDF73C.
Can anybody help figure out a way to block this person from sending a friends request all the time?
We have done everything from removing, denying, to even asking to stop sending request. They say they are on a friends ? and won't say who it is.
This is really starting to get on my nerves.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
    Ray and Cindy.

get another device , it would put a quick end to it . a used device form ebay would do the trick . and you could sell the offending one to defray the cost.
or file a police report if its sexual harassment or threats of violence and see if the police will contact rim to get the info . it would take a court order ,
, or have her sweet talk the dumb *** into adding him self to google latitude and get his location that way.
it would be faster to disconnect the devise

I just read about using the firewall to block him. Has this worked for anybody?

I've been faithful to pinstack ever since I signed up. Lol
We haven't heard anything since we put her firewall to block Pin messages. Hopefully that works.
    Thanks for the help.

As long as you keep that device, there is probably no way to stop it. Like heywood said, your best bet would be to get another device or just delete the request every time. After he/she doesnt get in, after a while they will probably stop.

I hope your problem is solved with the firewall block. It's a shame that some of us have to go through this nonsense. It goes back to the old saying no means no, but it doesn't compute with some people

This was suggested to another Stacker who was having the same problem and it seems to have worked. Good to know that it can be solved without having to get another device.

not for nothing , but the offender could be here , if its a new device and the pin was not updated in the profile. i was three devices behind prior to editing my pin the last time.
dont you have to be registered to veiw the pins of members for tis very reason?
but i went through eight devices in one year. thanks to sprint blaming their network issues on the device .
after the fifth or six i said "hey i dont think its the device"
it was a botched port from nextel to sprint and the new billing system thought i was ported out and it kept disconecting service ,It was nice having a new device every time the battery dies . but sucked to have to call in ten times a month to restore service and re add all the features.
the good news was i got to keep several devices and just got another freebie from them in dec.

I am right with you ray244190. He has constantly requesting me to add him. He has pin message me, too. Just to let you know I private message you and I want you to know that he got to me again because he changed his sn. Its James Kennedy. Just thought would warn you.

That is correct. Then you would have to create an "allow" list in order to get PINs from people that you want to receive them from.
