    Problem with Pinstack App. Please help.

    Hi! I have a question about the Pinstack mobile app for Blackberry. I downloaded it to my Storm and it doesn't ask if I want to sign in or start a new account, it immediately goes to a page that asks for my e-mail address. I type in the address and it tells me that it's already in use by another user. THAT'S ME! How can I get past this screen so that I can use the app on my Storm? I know I must be missing something, but I'm not sure what. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Are you not getting the screen that gives the log in or skip options? If you do, since you are registered, choose skip. If not, Did you try deleting and reinstalling the app?

    srl7741 - What does “Bump * 4 help” mean? Can this be done on a Storm?

    azstar - I am not getting the log in or skip options screen. As stated above, it takes me straight to a screen that asks for my e-mail address.

    * side note: I had to wait 'til I got back to this computer to answer. For some reason, I can't make any posts to Pinstack on my other computer. It keeps stating that my post is too short and I need at least one character to post. As you can see in this reply that it's longer than one character, so for some reason I can't use Pinstack on my main computer.

    For the computer issue, try clearing your browser cookies/history then try logging back in and it should help.

    Did you try deleting and reinstalling the app? Also what OS version are you using on your Storm?

    The "bump" was just to bring attention to your question so maybe someone would notice it and offer a suggestion

    What version of the app do you have installed and are you talking about the launcher or the mobile reader?

    I am tried using the most recent Mobile Reader, version 2.5.6. I am using OS 5.0.0.328 on my Storm.

    Also, thanks for the explanations and the computer suggestions azstar. :-)

    Sorry I won't be much help. Don't use the mobile reader just the launcher. If I have time tomarrow after work I will attempt to download and see what I come up with and see if its the same thing on the Storm2. Have you gone in to applications and set it to compatibility mode?

    I have disabled compatibility mode. I have also tried to make adjustments in settings with no success. Thanks everyone for your input. Hopefully, moderncowboy, you'll be able to spot what the problem is tomorrow. Though I wish I had a Storm 2, I'm using an original Storm 9530.

    Also, to answer azstar's earlier question, I did try deleting and reinstalling the app twice. No success.

    Did you get the computer issues straightened out?

    Also I let the site admin, Hayden, know that a couple of you are experiencing this issue so he can have the developer look into it.
