    problem internet after new software

    after i upgraded my 7100g software to 4.1..my internet browser was no longer able to log on. it says "your device does not currently have any broswer configuration service bok entires...

    "please contact your service provider to enable to broswer on your device"

    i talked to cingular service..they said my internet is still up!

    can anybody help me?

    Sincali, you can also try Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table/Click/Register Now. Afterwards, try a battery pull (take out the battery with the BB on then wait at least 30 seconds before reinstalling the battery).

    You can also sign into the BIS account on Cingular's site and resend your service books from there.
