If you go into the Desktop Manager, Application Loader are you not able to see the themes there?

Go to options>advance options>applications>find the themes in the list and hit menu and delete, If you have tried this already I would recommend you create a back up of the device and wipe the device.

I think you first have to select Edit Permissions, then you should be able to scroll down and select/delete.

Then you'll need to take Jeff's advice and wipe your device:

    Options>Security Options>General Settings>BB menu button>Wipe Handheld.

Make sure you first do a backup of your handheld via the Desktop Manager, so that you'll be able to reload your device WITHOUT the themes this time around.

It sounds to me as if you have downloaded a beta version where someone has unlocked the vendor themes. If you re-install the same OS you will likely have the same result. You can either go back to an official release, or use the instructions from this thread (in reverse) to remove these themes before you re-install the OS.

How did you get all the vendor themes? Did you edit the blackberry.alx file? You can take your vendor code out of the themes sections there then run the app loader again to remove them.
