This is what is sad. With everything we have today if somebody is using that phone it could be tracked. It just the carrier and the police seem to have so many better things to do the go after crooks. Mine would be tracked by police if stolen but not too many would be
Rogers is involved in IMEI blocking -- however again you guys ONLY do it to protect in-store losses. Once a mobile has been sold the only thing that will be done via the Rogers Lost & Stolen # is nuke the SIM card.

May be too late for this link but for those who want to disable their BB if lost or stolen......found this link to a program that may provide this option.....have not reviewed or used this program.....was just searching other information.....
