It seems that I can text people, but sometimes when they text me, it doesn't show up on that screen, it shows up in my message list, but messengers screen only shows my text. Ok...now I got it. Turning off Content Protection fixes it.

    Thanks guys.

I've also just been using the content protection workaround for awhile, pretty annoying and no it hasn't yet been permanently fixed for all models.

    Pending PIN Update Confirmation

What about the user who is on BES and can not change it because of security settings dictated by the BES????
    Thanks!

    To turn off Content Protection:

    1. Go to Options
    2. Choose Security
    3. Select General Settings
    4. Set the Content Protection Option to DISABLED
    5. Save changes :-)

    kbajka,

I'm having the same issue. Did you find a workaround for the BES?
