    Pearl issues, help!

So I picked up my pearl on Friday through cingular. Had my company activitate it and it was going through some sort of enterprise activation. It's hanging at like 82% and the hour glass just keeps flipping and flipping and flipping. I've tried taking the battery out and sim card out to reset it, and it just keeps doing this. Randomly it will allow me to take and make calls, but for the most part it's paralized. The latest thing it displayed was "uncaught exception: net_rim_bb_ph...." Any suggestions on what to do? Keep in mind, I'm not technical.

Before you take it back, I would check with your IT department to see what they see on their end regarding your Activation.

It's not a good idea to do a reset during that since it will just make it take even longer. I saw this somewhere even though I am not completely familiar with BES.

Might be a good idea to wipe the device, recreate your BES account and then try reactivating
