Now I've heard you can get your passport on your bb. How would I go about doing this. I live in idaho so how would I present it to the ppl at the airport cause I really don't see to many bb here. So I really doubt they will know what I'm showing them.

Passport? lmao definitely not. There's no way a gov't issued id would be e-stored on a cell phone. WAYY too many security issues.

You may be talking about certain airlines using e-mail/mobile flight confirmation/tickets.

I think you're confused about passports and tickets.

There are e-tickets that can be scanned from your blackberry at the airport.

There would never be electronic passports, as surfanimal said, too many security issues.

This is a great example of why users should do more research before posting something.

Just because a user was misinformed doesnt mean its a bad post. It means that atleast he had the nerve to ask the rest of the class for information on it.

Passport, no! Airline tickets, definitely! Still that would be cool to implement passport digital copy on the berry to use as I'd! That would be awesome! But as there are so many security issues, this is highly improbable for a long while!

I totally agree w/Nacho... What's the point of a forum if you can't share knowledge, even if it may seem like a totally outrageaous question?
