outlook folders to inbox on blackberry help

In outlook i wanted to organize my outlook.

so i setup rules that send emails that come in from specific people to go directly to the folder.
this rule works i dont know if there is a better alternative.

my issue is I want the emails that are going to this folder to be coming into my blackberry's inbox without separation.

is there a proper way to set this up?

    Hey Rafael,

If you make your folders subfolders of the Inbox, you'll never get them on your device. You need to make the subfolders off the main account, just like the Inbox and then they should come to your device.

    Hope that makes sense!

meaning another folder to the email like this picture rather than a sub folder?

Yes, that's correct. That's the way it is working for me.

but now my folders are alphabetically organized and other folders are interfering with the whole point of moving the emails over to the folder for organization
    such as deleted items

They'd still be alphabetically organized as subfolders of the Inbox.

Don't understand what you mean by "interfering with the whole point of moving the emails.....", though.

Are you now receiving these e-mails on your BlackBerry and are the e-mails still making it into their assigned folders?

Okay, so either way you have it set up, you are not getting the emails on your device, correct?

Okay, that's out of the area of my expertise. You're going to have to contact your BES Administrator.

I'll see if I can get one of our local BES experts to assist here.

If you have rules set to go to folders, they won't show up in your inbox. They have to go to the inbox first, and then moved to the folders to have them on your phone. Unfortunately that's by design and a limitation of the BES, at least on 4.x. I haven't played with BES 5 to know if that has changed.
