Are you sure that you configured that portion of the Sync? In DM you must configure each "application" you want to sync with...

Yes sir, I did. I had that set up as default. I'm just wondering if it's not a glitch or something to do with other software I have installed. I read somewhere that facebook could be causing it.

Facebook has a calendar function in it too, but I haven't seen where it would cause Outlook not to sync. Did you recently upgrade your OS or grab a new DM or is this the first time you've tried with this setup? Are any calendar entries getting sync'd?

Found your problem here. Outlook 2002 is no longer supported by DM. I found several threads that said if you must continue using Outlook 2002, then you'll need to use DM 4.3.

Oh wow! Thanks! I had no idea. That's really strange because tasks sync just fine. Looks like ill have to convince head office to switch to a newer version of outlook!

Could be certain functions in Outlook that remained unchanged with new versions as far as code goes that allowed it to retain functionality whereas others didn't. May Google it and see if there's a third-party workaround for it, otherwise, I'd just go with your solution and get them to upgrade.

If you check the user manual on 4.7, it states that Outlook 2000, 2003, and XP are supported, but doesn't mention 2002. So you may wanna show that to your bosses if it'll help them to upgrade.
