    Sorry, Jason but I have run out of suggestions. Can you give a complete OS Version number. From the Options/About screen on your BB. Should be of the format 4.x.x.xxx and also the Platform version, in parentheses following the OS version.

    I think this is getting beyond my capability of repair. Don't know anything else to suggest, except a complete uninstall/reinstall of the DM, and start over. There are some PC register edits that are necessary for that. I would search the BB Knowledge Base at www.blackberry.com if no one else can help.

    Did you try this, did it help. I erased the os on my test BB using this method, so try it, it may help.

    Thx Giving somwthing else a shot right now. Anyone know where to find the javaloader.exe file and where in the C:/ it needs to go when doing a system wipe?

    Looks like I was able to do the system wipe after all. I am reloading 4.0 now So we'll have to see in a few. But thax to all that helped. You guys( And girls) are really helpful when someone needs it. I'll let you know how I make out

    Went perfect. Just went into the C:/ drive wiped the handheld clean and installed the original 4.0. Works much better now. Too buggy b4 & now i can use my list themes. Thanx for all the help
