I was trying to install a new application to my BB, when i tried to use the Application Loader in Desktop Manager, the following message popped up:

"The selected device is currently supporting an active dial-up networking session. To continue the loading process close the dial-up session and press retry, or to exit the Application Loader press Cancel."

How do I close the dial-up session??

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ whenever I'm on certain websites I receive an internal error pop-up. What do I do to fix this?

that is an issue with the bb browser, it cant load all the sites, but you can download opera mini and use that also, it is a great browser that will let you view more sites

Have you used, or attempted to use the BB as a modem? It sounds like the modem software is still running either the desktop or the BB.

    Hope this helps.

I had the same issue and after a battery pull it worked just fine. I think something just got hung up after disconnecting.

i've tried that several times. no luck on pulling battery. Does anyone know what the message is referencing? Now my GPS is showing accurate within 7.7 miles. This 8820 is going from bad to worse fast
