    My $4,110 cell phone bill...

    I'm not in the mood to fully explain it, but basically US Cellular broke their internal ToS, and policies and activated my phone without data. I was told data was enabled, so I used it as a tethered modem on my laptop. From September 23rd to Oct 5th I ran up quite a bill

    Well I finally after upwards of 7 hours have the issue resolved thanks to a stacker employed at USCC, He got me in touch with a division manager. Apparantly if you have a BlackBerry activated without a bis it uses easyedge, which has a very high per kb usage rate.
    The moral of this story? I don't know but I had a bad day, even about had a panic attack.

    When the rep told me how high it was, my blood pressure got so high I could feel my pulse in my eyes... i was trembling a little and breathing very deeply.. never been more stressed.. lol

    It took SO long to find someone to help me, I changed my status to "I have a $4k cell bill" on blackberry messenger and by chance the rep seen it and asked me about it..

    Wow!!! Yeah, don't blame you there!! I have my BB service (data-only) through US Cellular, and have used them in the past for voice and they do have pretty darn good CS. I'm glad they got it resolved for you, and I hope that they made it clear to the person who supposedly activated your Data plan to double-check things before the newly activated customer leaves the store.

    I dribbled a little OJ out my mouth when I seen that. That is a down payment on a 2007 vehicle! But it's good to see you got it resolved.

    I don't think something called easyedge should ever cost over $4,000. doesnt sound so easy to me!

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~the day I get a $4000 cell phone bill is the last day I ever use a cell phone in my name lol but I'm glad you got the issue resolved I guess the moral of the story is the stacks work
