Is there somehow I can type more than 160 letters/characters on my Blackberry Tour!?

I hate when it exceeds the limit.

So is there an app that is FREE or maybe even $3 or less?

Please reply with info, and maybe the URL?

    Thanks!

    -OR-

Is there a way to add an extra page of texting, like add a page onto the text message?

On Sprint, they have the thing where you can keep texting and it will send in pages.

Reason I know this, is because freind has Sprint, and she sent me a long text message!! and it said (1/4) and on the seocond it said (2/4), on the third it said (3/4) and the end of the text said (4/4)

This sounds maybe carrier related? I send SMS on my smartphone without any limit at least I've never hit it. I believe it breaks up outgoing text automatically for the receiver.

An app that auto splits outgoing would be useful for you. I will look around.

    Hmm....dang I wish I could text over 160 limit.

Well like I said above in the quoted post , I am going to call tomorrow and talk to the Tech Support or Advanced Data Support team (3-rd party business that works with nTelos) and figure out if there is a way to get that 160 limit removed or something.

I searched Google I found an app called Beyond160.

You can buy it in the app store for $6.99 - Link below.

But, I am trying to find screenshots of this app first.

I am still looking for other apps, like this that are not pricey; free.

Hayden, I see that you said "I send SMS on my smartphone without any limit at least I've never hit it"

First, what kind of smart phone do you have?
Second, what wireless provider are you with?
Third, "Withount any limit at least I've never hit it"

So I'm guessing on the Third, you must not send long text over 160?

If you are needing to text such large amounts, why not just call. Just a suggestion.
