It can be done. A bit long of a process.
    Let us know:
    1) What BB you are using
    2) Áre you using BB Desktop Sync ? The latest I hope!
    3) E Mail Accounts (at least 2)
    4) Sync with Outlook ?
    5) BIS account or BES ?
If you have BIS I'll try help you out. Give me the info and I'll see what I can do.

Nope it doesn´t ! Sorry bud ! If it was BIS, ok, but with BES I´m a no no ! I wouldn´t want to risk it, because it probably involves administrator status.
Wait for someone else to come back to you, maybe RogerG could assist ! How about it Rog ?

Try Get the program EVERNOTE - just google it. This Will put all your memos in one account. Read the instructions. It's easy and free.

You want to merge the contacts from one BB and the notes from another? Where are the notes, on MemoPad? Or the "Notes" field on the second BB's contacts? Let us know specifically what you need to do and where the data is . . . the process is fairly easy

What I would do is use the Documents to Go software and Copy/Paste. For example, if your are moving a memo from one BlackBerry's MemoPad into the "notes" field on a second BlackBerry's Contacts:

    1. Copy/paste the contents of the memo to a Word document on Documents to Go
    2. Bluetooth the document to the other Berry
    3. Copy/Paste the text from the Word document to the contact.

Hope that's helpful! Any questions, or if it doesn't work for some reason, I'll be monitoring . . .

Its actually pretty easy with a BES account. First-you need to create a new mailbox in outlook.(Not a profile)
Once you do this plug in the old blackberry and sync your notes and contacts to the respective folders in the new mailbox.
After this is done just highlight and drag the contacts into your contacts folder on the original mailbox and do the same with the notes.
I know it sounds a little confusing but if you want me to walk you through it step by step I can see if my logmein account is still up to date and I can do it for you. Let me know if you still need help.
