I would suggest deleting any unused apps or programs on your phone such as the music store. I have a sprint BB and deleted the music store as well as BB maps since I use telenav instead. That worked for me. If still having problems I'd go to your nearest service center or call support.
Looking for Wallpapers or Icons for making themes? I can help!

If you are going to take the time to respond... take the time to actually understand that to which you are responding.
Another thing to delete is unused OS applications and information. For example, a HUGE memory hog is languages - if you use DM to delete all of the languages except the one you use, there's a load of memory right there. You can delete Help, Brickbreaker, Tasks, Memos, and a few other dead weights that you may not use. Also, applications create file handles each time they are used - they reserve a small amount of memory so that they load faster the next time. After a period of time, the file handles take up a substantial amount of memory. The way to reclaim that memory is to follow Brianna1988's excellent suggestion to pull out the battery, count to 30, and restart the device. Additionally, remember that pictures and sounds always should go to your microSD!
