    Low battery notification WASTES battery

    Hi all.
Among the first tips to save battery on a BB is to switch off the service notification light so the LED doesn't blink and wastes battery that way.
But it turns out the device lets you know it needs to be recharged by constantly blinking said LED. So unless I'm missing something, it uses much more battery when you need it the most. :P

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~For my wife it is more like the Baton Death march. Takes everything she has to plug in her BB and ohh the sdrmatics involved in that little action.
