    Ok- so I just had to get a new BB Pearl after my last one died. I'm trying to set it up tonight and was doing my email - even put the filters in too. And it's still forwarding my email! I don't know why. I put in the EXACT same filters I had on the last one- blocking msgs I send and Re: msgs - so I don't get it. Anyone else have any clues as to why?

    thought I was - that it was forwarding my email still to my BB regardless of the fact that I had installed filters - other than that what more specific can I be? - but I figured it out and actually added something to one of YOUR threads GaryF as I found it was needing to update my PIN and IMEI numbers since it was a NEW BB - hope that helps others in future who may be upgrading BB

    I was going to say that if you simply log into your BIS account, click on Change Device, change the PIN and IMEI numbers, you would be good to go. No need to re-create filters or anything.

    Glad you got it worked out.
