after you put the battery in?

I SIM swap frequently and the fact that the BB starts up after I put the battery in is annoying. If I just leave the battery out, the BBs time/date/etc. resets after awhile.

~via smartphone~i slide a tiny piece of paper in between the two sets of contacts on the battery. Although a little rigged prevents the bb from starting

What I do is simply leave the battery out because, although the timedate resets, as soon as you put the sim/battery back in and the device reboots, it resets the correct time if you have it set to "Network" - -
