    international calling from address book

User has an 8707v, swapped with a new one, connected to BES 4.1 so contacts were sent over the Air.

User is based in Ireland but travels to UK and USA. His UK contacts would be +44, his smart phone setup is +353 for Ireland.

When he selects a UK contact and tries to dial its using 011xxxxx which is the USA international access code, should be 00xxxxxx.

Anyone know how this happened and how to fix it?

Note:BES is used with Lotus Notes

I believe he needs to set up his smart dialing Country Code to either +1 or +011 since he's using a US carrier.

All his contacts need to have their country codes too.

No, user is based in Ireland and uses Vodafone network. The Notes addess book database would correctly show +44xxx for a contact number but when user tries to call that user on their BB, its inserting 011 for the + instead on 00
