Is there any way to make individual sms tones? I heard of an app that can do it but forgot the name.

I don't know of any app. There is a thread somewhere that shows how to do it yourself. It's a little work but I will find it and post back. You basically set up new profiles and exceptions. I will post it when I find it unless someone beats me to it.
