We have a few cases here at work where users who have their email setup for IMAP will not get new emails pushed to their device until they log into webmail or another IMAP client (thunderbird, etc).

Does anyone have any idea what to look for on the BB or what to ask our email server admins to check for? What other questions should we look for when fielding these calls?

at a loss at this point since this doesn't effect everyone with IMAP on their BB. not having any luck asking our BES admin either.
