How to Submit Suggestions to RIM
I've seen quite a few people on the forums asking about features or wanting features added to the BlackBerry or BlackBerry Device OS. Today I finally gave in and asked my business development manager at RIM the most effective way for non-partners to submit suggestions to the research and development team. She offered the below
-Submit a well thought out and professionaly written email to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Be sure to Include to include as much information as possible and possibly how it could improve the BB experience.
-Ensure spelling is correct
RIM does go through each and every email but DO NOT expect a reply. Also please try to be as kind and courteus as possible as they will pay more attention to it. Do not hesitate in using this address as the more ideas they can get the better the BB experience will become.

No problem guys, always happy to share info where I can. I just hope that the users of the PinStack community take advantage of it, I'm sure we all have ideas that can make the BlackBerry platform an even better one.
