Do you have an unlimited plan?
less than 5mb
I'm curious how much data you guys use on a monthly basis.
According to Cingular.com I've used 5816kb since last Tuesday (when I got my blackberry).

I wish my OLAM would let me check. I'm sure its not too much tho. I haven't been using the browser as much as I used to with my Nokia 7610b.
I have the Cingular "unlimited," so I won't know how "unlimited" it is until the end of the billing periodOriginally Posted by hydn

I am using Cingular and have the Unlimited Data plan. Every month I get these outrageous bills. (because of Vericaht) All i do is call up customer service and explain that I have the unlimited data plan and they wipe the added charges off my bill. It is a bit of a hassle but last month I brought my bill down from $600.00 to $164.00
I asked the cust service rep if I had to keep calling every month and I was told, "only if I wanted to have the charges deleted."
Makes me wonder how many people do not call; but blindly pay their bill.....
That's crazy you have to call every month. What's the point of an unlimited plan if you have to call?
I wonder if you can have a rep note your account or talk to a Sup. and make it so you don't have to call in everytime. Tell them that time is money for you and from now on you will send them a bill for the time it takes to call them and have the charges removed
The not so funny thing is my acct is noted. So when I call they know what I am talking about and just delete the chagres. And to be honest, with the experience that I had with Nextel, and comcast before them, Cingular is by far a very easy customer service experience for me. I must have bad luck with carriers.Originally Posted by dasupaman23

No automatic bill pay. I would not really call it a dispute. They are very accomodating. I call up and the charges come off. I really do wonder how many people / companies just blindly pay their bills without looking.Originally Posted by gabe
I use well over 15mb a month. Thank God I have the unlimited email and web plan with Nextel.
