i always leave it on my belt clip, i dont mind if the back or sides of the unit get scratches on it, I'm primarily concerned with the screen. I wipe it down every 3-4 days with lens wipes made for laptop lcds. i get them for free at work

YOU KNOW WHAT WORKS BEST FOR CLEANING THE SCREEN IS THE SKIN PREP PADS THEY USE AT THE DOCTORS OFF BEFORE THEY GIVE SHOTS. THEY HAVE ALCHOHOL AND OTHER DETERGENTS AND SANITIZERS THAT DON'T ANY RESIDUE BEHIND.

I keep my BB in the nylon pouch that came with it, and I sometimes wipe it down and clean out the cracks and crevices. Im not in an environment that cold get my BB dirty. After 1 year of use it is scratch free.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~I use a screen protector and a leather book case that I bought on eBay.I keep my BB in my pocket mostly unless I'm driving, when I put it in a cradle suckered to the windscreen and use my Bluetooth hesdset.

usually if mine gets a scratch i call TMO and have them replace it... i justtell them that something is wrong with it, like the ball is stuck or something... they will replace it for up to a year... so i figure... i paid so much for it, why not get a nice new shiny one every 4 months... LOL.. am i bad?!

Btw, the IS and BSE are totally different from the silicone skins out there. There's no way that dust and dirt can get in between the IS/BSE and your device. Yeah, they don't offer any impact protection but they will provide protection from scratches, scuff, and so on.

Re: How do you take care of blackberrry?

I used to use the plastic carrying case the 8700g came with, but the back was exposed and it fell out and scratched the back. So I bought the t mobile full case with the magnetic lock. I never take it out of the case unless I am using it of course. But it did fall again and nicked up
the top right corner, one of the few places the case doesn't cover
I don't have any cleaner for the screen. Can anyone recommend what to clean the BB with?
