    Question how can I edit service books?

    My BB 9700 from tmobile came with many annoying icons which are links to install demos or apps, I went to the service books and delete them, but if there are sent automatically or I have to run a diagnostic test in the mobile network options they appear all again, uuugh!! please help.

    You can't edit or permanently delete them. Just create yourself a Junk folder, move 'em all in there, then "hide" the junk folder from your home screen.

    ...it's great to have a free Phone. Even like that I Get Vodafone sending me crap! Which I promptly delete...
