i was on the phone today with help desk (i called *611) to ... General Blackberry forum
here is an interesting question
i was on the phone today with help desk (i called *611) to get to bell mobility,
now they say *611 is a free call, which i believe,
so if i am on the call with *611 and someone else calls me, and i answer that call, would i be using my day time minutes even tho i was on the other line with bell mobility? eh?
wow straight to the point there huh Antgod?
Thats like when i was younger and had people calling the house after 9. I would call the weather line and it would beep in, and thats how i would answer the calls.
the incoming call to HD is free always.
The incoming call from someone else.. it picks it up. you get charged. if you didnt id be calling HD all day
If it was free *611 would be overloaded with people calling just waiting for someone else to call so they could get free minutes...unfortunately call waiting on your cell works the same as call waiting on a land-line and initiates a new call when you dial out or receive an incoming call...sorry no digital loophole here ~via BB~
i was just trying to see if it was true... good thing i checked..
