    What the hell does "a problem occured while tring to render the page" mean. Its not letting me download anything. Tried battery pull. Help plz.

    Well first off, we could use more info. Do you have a data plan? How about service books? What are you trying to look at? Check all your browser settings.

    From most other threads with this issue, clearing your browser cache and making sure your browser settings are correct seems to be the best fix. Try setting the browser to default settings, clear your cache, reboot and try again

    Also, what device are you using? You don't have it mentioned in your profile. This could help narrow the problem down considerably. If the above threads don't help and I'm willing to be they will, in your browser options, scroll to the bottom of the general options and see what the 'Emulation Mode' is set to. YouTube recently upgraded their servers to be more mobile device friendly, so I'm curious if it's a BB browser problem or another emulation style.

    In the 1st post you can see his device info 8310 running os 4.2

    Are you trying to watch youtube vids? If memory serves correctly I think you need OS 4.3 or higher, 4.5 in your case in order to watch youtube vids via the BB browser

    That's right and then sometimes certain videos don't load.Its time to update the OS. Wonder if there's 4.5 available for 8310. Even with my 8900 some YouTube videos have an error message. Personaly I prefer a slightly bigger screen for YouTube.

    its not just youtube. I get the error when tring to download ringtones and themes.

    I have tired default brower setting and checking all the boxes. Have tried deleting catch and history.
